After breakfast check out & proceed to Fes. Fes primarily known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval Marinid architecture, vibrant souks and old-world atmosphere. The medina is home to religious schools such as the 14th-century Bou Inania and Al Attarine, both decorated with elaborate cedar carvings and ornate tile work. Start your tour with Fes el- Bali through the symmetrical horse shoe arches at Bab Boujeloud (The Blue Gate). Upon entering the main street of the medina named TalaaKebira, you will see lines of shops covered by canopies. Make your way to the Karaouiyine Mosque which is one of the oldest in the world and functioned as the first university in Morocco. Continue your tour along the streets passing by most important buildings including Dar el- Magana, a fourteenth century water clock and Zaouia el Tijaniya, containing the tomb of Ahmed el Tijani. Stop to visit the Ech Cherabliyine Masjid (Mosque of the Slipper makers) then browse the souks selling henna, slippers, caftans, silks, jewelry and spices. Next visit UNESCO recognized site, Fondouk el- Najjarine. Later visit the Museum Dar el- Batha and enter Bab el Ftouh. After breakfast check out from hotel and Depart from Fes, pass through the winter ski resort of Ifrane, built by the French in the 1930s to resemble a Swiss village. Continue through the cedar forest of Azrou and look for the resident monkeys before your drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains. Wind your way through beautiful forests, mountain springs, jagged rocks and Berber villages before your descent to the Sahara Desert. Stop for lunch half-way in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks. Then, continue towards Merzouga taking in the panoramic views of a huge oasis of palm trees at Ziz along the way. Upon arrival in Rissani, travel by 4WD vehicle into the desert, reaching Merzouga in the afternoon. Here, your guide will be waiting with the camels that will take you across the dunes to Erg Chebbi. Watch the sunset from the back of your camel on the 2-hour trek to a Berber camp. Upon arrival at the desert shelter, your camels will be tethered as you are served a welcome mint tea. Enjoy dinner and relax as you look at the stars in
the sky. Overnight stay in Merzouga Tents.

Then we visit the Lower Medina to explore more of Marrakesh’s secrets: the 16th century Saadian Tombs with stark towers, the ruined 16th century El Badhi palace, and the Mellah the Jewish quarter. Later proceed through the labyrinth streets and pathway of the Djemma el Fna. Enjoy aromatic smells, taste fresh squeezed orange juice and venture into the souks specializing in Berber carpets, silver jewellery, artisan workshops, handmade shoes and tanneries.
