• Proof of Income like last 3 year IT Return or Form-16 Certificate
  Last 06 Months till date updated bank statement with sign & stamp of bank All page
• Company letterhead and visiting card
  Salary certificate
  Business registration proof
  N.O.C. Letter if salaried
• Hotel booking confirmation voucher directly from Japan in original
  Day to day Itinerary for the entire duration of stay

Normal Process Time : 09 to 10 working days after submission in consulate/embassy.
